I'm a Portland based yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching yoga, leading teacher trainings and retreats, and serving as a mentor for other teachers.

I love to incorporate booty shaking, heart pumping playlists into my flows, and pride myself on creating interesting yoga sequences that blend a little dance, strength, and mobility with a whole lot of fun.
